employees supplying pharmaceutical products to the United States diabetes market and throughout the world.

Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals Industries Inc. in Clayton, North Carolina formulates, fills, inspects, packages and distributes insulin products to fulfill the United States market and a number of other countries.

Our facility manufactures insulin products for individuals with diabetes. The products manufactured at the Clayton plant are marketed in North America, Europe, China, New Zealand and Australia.

Located at our Hayward campus in Silicon Valley, California, Novo Nordisk Delivery Technologies is an exciting new R&D and manufacturing center for pulmonary delivery systems technology.  Our 300 employees share an aspiration to defeat diabetes by finding better methods of diabetes treatment.
